Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct market research on the agricultural products storage demand.
Analyze cold storage occupancy, capacity utilization, customer trends, and profitability.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies for cold storage operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve storage efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Research modern refrigeration technologies, energy-saving solutions, and automation systems.
Monitor competitor activities, storage rates, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare business reports, forecasts, and presentations for management decision-making.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, commercial, and accounts departments to improve service quality.
Assist management in project development, investment planning, and bank loan proposals.
Ensure compliance with government regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements.
Develop SOPs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.
Evaluate customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
