Experience in Cold Storage, Agriculture, or Argo Supply Chain/Argo-based Company.
Knowledge of commercial documentation and customer billing.
Local market networking capability.
Promote the company's cold storage services among farmers, potato traders, seed dealers, wholesalers, retailers, importers, exporters, and institutional clients.
Develop new business opportunities and ensure maximum utilization of cold storage capacity through customer acquisition and retention.
Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers, assess market demand, and gather competitor information.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate storage rates, service terms, and business agreements with customers as per company policy.
Prepare and process customer booking forms, storage agreements, quotations, invoices, and other commercial documents.
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams regarding product intake, storage allocation, inventory status, and product delivery schedules.
Monitor storage occupancy levels and prepare forecasts to support business planning and revenue generation.
Follow up on customer payments, outstanding receivables, and account settlements in coordination with the Accounts Department.
Maintain accurate customer records, booking information, contracts, and commercial correspondence.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on storage bookings, occupancy rates, sales performance, customer activities, and outstanding dues.
Assist management in developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
Collect market intelligence on crop production, seasonal demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in trade fairs, agricultural events, and business networking activities to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with Accounts, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Perform any other commercial, marketing, or business development activities assigned by management.
