Job Responsibilities
Responsible to maintain all commercial (Export) related activities.
Prepare and process all export/ Import-related documentation (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and EXP form).
Manage Letter of Credit (LC) procedures, including advising, checking terms, and negotiating documents with banks.
Monitor real-time shipment status, track delivery schedules, and proactively mitigate any supply chain delays.
To make correspondence with overseas office, external parties, customers as and when necessary.
Ensure strict adherence to government, customs, and central bank regulations.
Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management`s requirement.
Coordinate with Banks, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Customs, BGMEA, BTMA, EPB, and Shipping Lines.
Manage Back-to-Back LC opening, amendment, settlement, and documentation.
Handle customs bond-related documentation and compliance.
Follow up shipment schedules and ensure timely execution.
Process cash incentive documents and maintain related records.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Finance departments for smooth shipment execution.
Any commercial related task is given by the management.
