Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maintain all commercial (Export) related activities.

  • Prepare and process all export/ Import-related documentation (e.g., Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and EXP form).

  • Manage Letter of Credit (LC) procedures, including advising, checking terms, and negotiating documents with banks.

  • Monitor real-time shipment status, track delivery schedules, and proactively mitigate any supply chain delays.

  • To make correspondence with overseas office, external parties, customers as and when necessary.

  • Ensure strict adherence to government, customs, and central bank regulations.

  • Prepare necessary statements and report in line with the management`s requirement.

  • Coordinate with Banks, C&F Agents, Freight Forwarders, Customs, BGMEA, BTMA, EPB, and Shipping Lines.

  • Manage Back-to-Back LC opening, amendment, settlement, and documentation.

  • Handle customs bond-related documentation and compliance.

  • Follow up shipment schedules and ensure timely execution.

  • Process cash incentive documents and maintain related records.

  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Finance departments for smooth shipment execution.

  • Any commercial related task is given by the management.
