• Vehicle maintenance knowledge.

• Leadership and driver management ability.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with transport company for take financial comparison of cover van rent for export and import

• Monitor transport expenses including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.

• Implement cost-effective transportation planning.

• Maintain transport budget and reporting.

• Maintain vehicle logbooks and fuel consumption records.

• Plan and manage daily transportation schedules for employees, management, and goods

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off services for workers and staff.

• Coordinate transportation for factory production requirements and emergency needs.

• Maintain a complete list of all company cover van

• Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced regularly.

• Monitor fuel consumption and prevent misuse of vehicles.

• Supervise drivers and transport helpers.

• Verify driver licenses and ensure they are valid according to Bangladesh traffic law.

• Arrange driver training on road safety and discipline.

• Ensure all vehicles follow road safety regulations.

• Maintain vehicle documents (registration, fitness certificate, tax token, insurance).

• Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections.

• Investigate transport accidents and prepare incident reports.

• Prepare monthly transport reports for management.

• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, repair, and inspection.

• Coordinate with HR, Admin, Production, and Security departments for transportation needs.

• Manage transport arrangements for audits, visitors, and buyers when required.

• Any other tasks assigned by Management.
