Job Responsibilities
Import & Export LC checking
Check BB OIMS update & collect original LC advising from our Bank
Amendment request to LC applicant
LC capture in SAP ERP system
Prepare documents in SAP ERP system
Share documents to Concern Marketing person for collect acceptance from LC applicant
Prepare BTMA certificate & collect certify copy from association
Prepare payment docs for submission to Bank
Ensure UD collection before delivery
Ensure UP issuance from Bond customs before export document submission to Bank
Check BL & release after vessel onboard
Duplicate reporting of EXP
Collect due date/Bank acceptance of export bills
Collect payment of matured bills
Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Finance departments for smooth shipment execution.
Any commercial related task is given by the management.
