Experience:
1. Minimum 1–5 years of experience in student counseling, study abroad consulting, admissions, visa processing, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of international education systems, university admission processes, and visa procedures.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
4. Strong counseling, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database management tools.
6. Ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves
1. Experience working with international universities, educational consultants, or immigration advisory firms.
2. Knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Europe, or other international markets.
3. Experience in conducting seminars, student recruitment campaigns, and education fairs.
4. Professional certifications related to education counseling or international admissions.
5. Existing network with universities, educational partners, or visa-related stakeholders.
1. Counsel prospective students regarding study destinations, universities, programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities.
2. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable academic pathways based on qualifications, interests, and career goals.
3. Manage the complete student admission process, including application submission, documentation, offer letter follow-up, and enrollment support.
4. Guide students in preparing accurate and complete visa application documents in accordance with destination-country requirements.
5. Assist students with visa filing, interview preparation, financial documentation, and compliance-related requirements.
6. Maintain regular communication with universities, partner institutions, embassies, visa centers, and relevant stakeholders.
7. Track and update student application and visa processing status through internal systems and reports.
8. Ensure timely completion of application, admission, and visa-related deadlines.
9. Achieve monthly and annual student recruitment, enrollment, and conversion targets.
10. Conduct information sessions, seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events to attract prospective students.
11. Stay updated on immigration policies, university admission criteria, scholarship opportunities, and industry developments.
12. Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with students and parents.
