Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
∎ Identify and qualify sales leads.
∎ Explain our products/services to prospects and answer their questions.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
∎ Document and update customer information in the CRM system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales role.
∎ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Self-motivated and target-driven.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus but not required.

Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
