Job Context:
Faith Holdings Ltd. is looking for a Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing with minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate or a relevant sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, property presentation, follow-up, sales conversion and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Generate and convert potential leads into prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
