Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare Spare Parts, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) proposals, including spare parts price lists, through SAP and other relevant tools.
Conduct service marketing for government and private-sector customers and maintain liaison with relevant customer.
Prepare service contract-related correspondence and maintain contracts and documents for proper record-keeping.
Monitor equipment under warranty, extended warranty, and service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and follow-up.
Maintain and update the Installed Equipment Database through SAP and other reporting tools.
