Job Context:
Faith Holdings Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager (Team Leader) to lead and motivate the sales team, drive revenue growth and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Candidates with experience in the real estate industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
Handle key client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
