Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and handle warm calls from prospective customers.
Communicate with customers professionally over phone, WhatsApp, Messenger and other digital channels.
Respond to customer queries and provide necessary information about our products/services.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Assist in Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media marketing activities.
Support lead generation and digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain and update customer/lead information.
Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for lead conversion.
Prepare basic reports on leads, calls and follow-up activities.
