Job Context:

Faith Holdings Ltd. is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives and generate high-quality sales leads for our real estate projects. 

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, retargeting, analytics, CRM and conversion optimization. We’re looking for someone who can confidently plan, execute, analyze, and optimize end-to-end campaigns while focusing on generating quality leads and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the company's real estate projects.

• Manage and optimize digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and the company website.

• Plan, launch, monitor and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Track and analyze lead quality, lead sources, campaign performance and customer journey.

• Prepare monthly Digital Marketing Plans, Campaign Strategies and Budgets.

• Prepare regular Campaign Performance, Lead Generation and Marketing ROI Reports.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
