Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: DK Global Fashion Wear Ltd., Gazipur, Bangladesh Responsibilities: Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Prepare, maintain and control QMS documents, procedures, work instructions, forms and records. Monitor compliance with approved SOPs, policies and quality procedures across departments. Coordinate internal audits and assist in external/customer certification audits. Prepare audit schedules, checklists, reports and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor non-conformities and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Coordinate with different departments for QMS-related activities and continuous improvement. Maintain proper records of management review meetings, internal audits and corrective actions. Support management in identifying process improvement opportunities and maintaining QMS effectiveness. Ensure proper document control, revision control and record retention. Prepare QMS-related reports and submit them to management as required. Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in QMS/Quality Assurance/Compliance in RMG, Textile or Manufacturing Industry. Practical experience in ISO 9001:2015, internal audit, document control and CAPA will be preferred. Age: 25-35 years Gender: Male/Female
