· 3–4 years of experience in merchandising (Workwear / Outerwear is a must)· Good communication and negotiation skills· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines· Strong knowledge of garments production and sourcing process
Responsibilities & Context:
· Handle merchandising activities for Workwear / Outerwear products
· Communicate with buyers and suppliers effectively
· Follow up on order development, sampling, and production
· Ensure timely execution of orders as per buyer requirements
· Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, compliance)
· Maintain proper documentation and reporting
