Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Kashimpur, Gazipur Responsibilities: Overall management and operation of factory utility systems. Supervise and maintain Boiler, Generator, Compressor, HVAC, Chiller, Pump and other utility equipment. Ensure uninterrupted supply of steam, gas, electricity, compressed air, water and other utilities for production. Monitor utility consumption and take necessary measures to reduce operational costs. Prepare and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules. Ensure proper operation, maintenance and safety of Boiler and other pressure equipment. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance and other departments for smooth factory operations. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. Maintain all utility-related records, logbooks, inspection reports and maintenance documents. Lead the Utility team and ensure proper manpower planning, training and performance. Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, auditors and buyers regarding utility-related compliance and inspections. Ensure proper implementation of electrical and fire safety requirements related to utility systems. Experience: Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in Utility Management, preferably in RMG/Textile/Manufacturing Industry. Candidates with strong experience in Boiler, Generator, Compressor, HVAC, Electrical Utility and other factory utility systems will be preferred. Age: 30-45 years Gender: Male Additional Preference: Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of factory utility safety and maintenance. Experience with RSC, Fire Safety, electrical safety and other compliance requirements will be an advantage. Valid Boiler-related certification/license and practical boiler operation experience will be preferred.
