Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Mouchak, Gazipur/ Kalurghat, Chattogram Responsibilities: Preventive & Corrective maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation system. Hands on experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial equipment like PLC’s, Inverters, Interlocking Panels, Instrumentation, controlling and power. Planning and implementation of preventive & corrective maintenance Schedule of Electrical & Instrumentation System. Performing routine maintenance of electrical aspects of manufacturing and utilities equipment’s. Operation and Maintenance of Robotic Preform, Pet Bottle, and Cap Inspection (Computer Vision) Machines. Maintenance of CSD Line, Syrup & CIP System, Water Line (Aqufina), CO2 Plant & HVAC System. Ensure proper functioning of all measuring and monitoring instruments of process area to maintain process parameter strictly as per SOP. Fault Diagnostics and troubleshooting of PLC, VFD, Servo drive, Sensor, Transmitter, Actuator, and PID loop etc. Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Calibration Protocol for Calibration and routine maintenance of all instruments in the plant. Analysis of technical feasibility and competitive performance evaluation of all machineries, equipment, spare parts in connection to Electrical & Instrumentation. Proficiency in analytical problem solving of modern automation system. Have expertise on reporting. Have experience on power distribution system design. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards for Electrical & Automation operations of the plant. Co-ordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, production operation, engineering team and related technical teams to identify, defines, and solves departmental or technical problems. Preparing electrical maintenance report and forwarding Management timely. Liaison with professional service providers (Engineers, Suppliers, Technical Experts, Consultants, OEM etc.) Experience : 3-5 years Age : 28-32 Years Gender : Any gender can apply
