Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Gazipur Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end new product development activities including formulation development and execution of laboratory, pilot, stability, trial, and commercial scale-up batches. Conduct process validation, and facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing units. Prepare, review, and maintain technical and quality documentation in compliance with cGMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with updated regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with QC and Production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation. Experience: At least 5 Years Age: Maximum 40 Gender: Male/Female
