Responsibilities & Context: Role Overview: Assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility — working closely with our multidisciplinary clinical team. Job Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and respiratory conditions. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs. Counsel patients and caregivers on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with hospital standards. Experience: 2-4 years of Clinical experience in Hospital or Health Care Center Other Skills & Aptitude: Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English Strong Teamwork and time management skill Good proficiency over MS Office package and internet Participation in CPD courses, international conference, or research publications will be an added advantage.
