Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR & Admin Officer to oversee our human resources functions and general administrative operations. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retention—while ensuring that the facility operates smoothly and remains compliant with all labor laws and internal policies.

Educational Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Experience Required

● 3–5 years of experience in HR and administration.

Key Responsibilities

● Talent Management: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members.

● Employee Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for staff, handling employee relations, grievances, and the implementation of workplace policies.

● Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring all personnel files are up to date and that the organization remains compliant with labor regulations.

● Administrative Oversight: Support day-to-day office administration to ensure departmental efficiency and a productive work environment.

Required Skills & Competencies

● Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.

● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.

● Proficiency in HR Management Systems (HRMS) and office software.
