Experience:
MBBS with BMDC Registration.
MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
Valid BMDC Registration is mandatory.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant professional experience will be preferred.
Experience in Indoor, ICU, CCU, NICU, or Emergency services will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Experience in documentation, paper writing, and typing-related work.
Good clinical judgment and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
Willingness to work in roster/shift duties.

Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in the heart of Dhaka, is seeking qualified, dedicated, and capable medical professionals to join our team as Medical Officer (Indoor / ICU / CCU / NICU / EMO). The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality medical care, monitoring patients, maintaining proper clinical documentation, and assisting in emergency and critical care services.
Job Description:
• Provide medical care and treatment to patients admitted in the Indoor Department.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical conditions, and treatment progress.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and maintain proper clinical records.
• Assist consultants in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Provide immediate medical support during emergency situations.
• Monitor and manage patients in ICU, CCU, NICU, and Emergency areas as assigned.
• Review investigation reports and communicate significant findings to the concerned consultant.
• Ensure timely implementation of prescribed treatment plans and doctors' orders.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with nurses, consultants, laboratory, diagnostic, and other hospital departments.
• Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
• Communicate professionally with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and clinical condition.
• Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control procedures, and patient safety guidelines.
• Prepare necessary reports, documents, and other clinical records as required.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and critical patient conditions.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or concerned consultant.
