Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide primary medical consultation and treatment to employees.

• Attend to workplace injuries and medical emergencies.

• Conduct initial assessment and provide appropriate first aid and medical advice.

• Maintain accurate medical records and reports.

• Monitor occupational health concerns and recommend preventive measures.

• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and specialists when referral is required.

• Support health awareness, vaccination, health screening, and employee wellbeing programs.

• Monitor medicine and medical equipment inventory.

• Ensure proper hygiene and housekeeping of the medical center.
