Responsibilities & Context:
The Medical Promotion Officer (MPO) is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The MPO plays a key role in educating healthcare providers about the company’s products, gathering market information, and supporting sales growth in the assigned territory.
They educate doctor and chemist about new and existing medicine and build relationship and meet sales target.
Regularly visiting doctors to generate prescriptions.
Collecting orders from pharmacies and achieving sales targets.
