Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide outpatient (OPD) consultations and inpatient (IPD) care.

• Examine, diagnose, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Perform specialty-specific procedures and surgeries, where applicable.

• Attend emergency cases and participate in the on-call roster.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.

• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in clinical meetings, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Supervise, mentor, and support junior doctors and allied healthcare professionals as required.
