Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in the heart of Dhaka, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and capable professional to join our team as Asst. Manager (Accounts & Finance). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating accounting and financial activities, ensuring proper financial documentation, income and expenditure control, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies and applicable financial requirements.

Job Description:
Manage and coordinate day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the hospital.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Monitor daily income, expenditure, receipts, payments, and related financial activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, schedules, and management reports.
Monitor and control hospital income and expenditure to ensure proper utilization of financial resources.
Verify bills, vouchers, invoices, receipts, payment documents, and other financial records.
Coordinate with different departments regarding budget, expenditure, billing, and financial documentation.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely settlement of outstanding transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting and financial records.
Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual expenditure against approved budgets.
Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies, irregularities, or errors and take appropriate corrective measures.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documents and information as required.
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies, procedures, and applicable rules and regulations.
Monitor cash flow and support effective financial planning and control.
Prepare regular daily, weekly, and monthly accounts and finance reports for senior management.
Assist management in financial analysis, cost control, and decision-making.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of accounts and finance staff.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
