Job Responsibilities
Conduct lectures, tutorials, demonstrations, practical classes, and other academic activities as assigned by the department.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and other academic resources.
Deliver effective and student-centered teaching in accordance with the approved MBBS curriculum.
Assess students through class tests, assignments, formative assessments, and other academic activities.
Participate in professional examinations, internal assessments, viva, OSPE/OSCE, and other examination-related activities as assigned.
Maintain students' academic records, attendance, assessment results, and other departmental documentation.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, seminars, workshops, conferences, and continuing professional development activities.
Assist senior faculty members in curriculum development, academic planning, research, and departmental activities.
Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning environment for students.
Participate in institutional academic, administrative, and student-support activities as assigned by the Head of the Department/Medical College authority.
Perform any other academic or departmental responsibilities assigned by the appropriate authority.
