BGC Trust Nursing College invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dedicated nursing professionals for the position of Nurse Instructor. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical nursing education, supervising clinical practice, and supporting the academic and professional development of nursing students.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical classes and practical demonstrations for nursing students.

• Supervise students during clinical placements in hospital wards and other clinical settings.

• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, clinical schedules, and teaching aids.

• Develop and evaluate assignments, examinations, clinical assessments, and student performance.

• Demonstrate nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and infection prevention practices.

• Ensure students follow professional ethics, patient safety standards, and nursing protocols.

• Maintain attendance records, academic documents, clinical logbooks, and assessment reports.

• Guide students in developing clinical skills, communication, and professional competence.

• Coordinate with faculty members and clinical supervisors to ensure effective teaching and learning.

• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and curriculum development.

• Perform other academic and clinical duties assigned by the authority
