Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide expert counseling for students interested in studying in multi-destinations.

• Guide students through the entire admission process, including:

  • University selection

  • Course matching

  • Application submission

  • Offer letter processing

  • Visa application support

• Stay updated on multi-destinations admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarship opportunities, and immigration policies.

• Train and mentor junior counselors on multi-destinations admissions and student recruitment processes.

• Conduct student seminars, workshops, and educational events.

• Assist management in developing strategies to increase student recruitment for multi-destinations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with multi-destinations universities, colleges, and partner institutions.

• Monitor application progress and ensure excellent student service throughout the journey.

• Contribute to achieving company sales and enrollment targets.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
