Student Counseling & Relationship Management

• Lead Engagement: Follow up promptly with prospective students via phone calls, emails, social media inquiries, and walk-ins.

• Profile Assessment: Evaluate students' academic records, IELTS/PTE scores, career goals, and financial capacities.

• Course Selection: Guide students in choosing the right destinations, universities, and career pathways.

• Expectation Management: Provide honest, accurate timelines and transparent advice regarding visa success chances.

Application Processing & Documentation

• File Processing: Manage the end-to-end university application process through direct portals or partner aggregators.

• Document Verification: Review student transcripts, Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and financial documents for accuracy.

• Visa Guidance: Assist students in preparing error-free visa application files according to specific country guidelines.

• Interview Preparation: Conduct mock interviews to build students' confidence for embassy or university credibility interviews.

Sales & Target Achievement

• Lead Conversion: Convert standard student inquiries into registered, paying clients to meet monthly and seasonal enrollment targets.

• Event Support: Assist in organizing and executing in-house spot assessments, education fairs, and university partner seminars.

  Maintain accurate student records and interaction histories in the company CRM.
