1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counselling or education consultancy preferred

3. Good knowledge of international student admission and visa processing

4. Ability to counsel students for countries such as UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Malaysia, South Korea, Europe etc.

5. Good understanding of university admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures

6. Basic knowledge of IELTS/PTE and English language requirements

7. Ability to review academic documents and suggest suitable universities and programs

8. Good communication skills in both Bangla and English

9. Good email writing and professional communication skills

10. Able to follow up with students regularly and maintain student records

11. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, and basic CRM/software

12. Ability to work with university representatives and B2B partners

13. Must be responsible, patient, confident, and target-oriented

14. Counsel students regarding study-abroad options

15. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses

16. Follow up with new and existing leads

17. Guide students about tuition fees, scholarships, financial documents, and visa requirements
