Responsibilities & Context:
Promote travel packages, air ticketing, visa processing and tour services
Generate new clients through direct sales and marketing
Maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
Handle B2B and B2C sales inquiries
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel proposals
Follow up leads through phone, email and social media
Support visa, hotel and ticket service promotion
Conduct online/offline marketing campaigns
Visit corporate clients for business development
Manage customer feedback and after-sales service
Coordinate with operations team for smooth service delivery
Promote company services through Facebook and digital marketing
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports to management
