We are a reputed study abroad consultancy firm looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Admission Officer & Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of guiding students through university admissions and visa processing for top global destinations. We are specifically looking for professionals who have strong expertise in the European education market (especially Lithuania) and comprehensive knowledge of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand visa applications.

Job Responsibilities

Student Counselling: Provide professional, end-to-end counselling to students and their parents regarding study abroad options, university selection, courses, entry requirements, and tuition fees.

Profile Assessment: Evaluate student profiles (academic background, financial capacity, English proficiency) and guide them toward the most suitable institutions and countries.

Admission Processing: Manage the complete university admission process, ensuring all required documents (SOP, CV, Academic Transcripts, Recommendation Letters) are accurately prepared and submitted before deadlines.

Visa Assistance: Handle end-to-end visa application processes for students and prepare them thoroughly for embassy visa interviews and university admission interviews.

University Communication: Communicate regularly with international university representatives, partner institutions, and the internal operations team to resolve application queries.

Follow-Up & Conversion: Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversion and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.

Database Management: Maintain an accurate database of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and application statuses using the company's internal tracking systems.

Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge regarding changing immigration rules, visa regulations, and post-study work policies for target countries.
