• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, programs, and admission requirements.

• Assess students’ academic profiles, career goals, and financial backgrounds to recommend suitable study destinations and programs.

• Provide accurate guidance on admission procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and eligibility criteria.

• Handle the complete student application process, including university selection, application submission, offer letter follow-up, and documentation.

• Guide students through student visa requirements and application procedures while coordinating with the visa processing team.

• Maintain regular communication with students and ensure timely follow-up throughout the admission and visa process.

• Assist students with SOP/personal statement preparation, document checking, and application compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and case progress.

• Coordinate with universities, international representatives, and internal teams regarding applications and student cases.

• Achieve assigned admission, application, and recruitment targets.

• Stay updated on changes in university policies, admission requirements, visa regulations, and study-abroad trends.

• Build strong relationships with students and provide professional support from initial counselling through enrolment and departure.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events when required.

• Handle student queries professionally through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

• Comfortably appear on camera for promotional videos, student guidance videos, social media content, webinars, and educational campaigns.

• Participate in video shoots, live sessions, and social media presentations to represent the company professionally.

• Demonstrate confidence, clear communication, and a professional on-camera presence.
