Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and guardians.

  2. Provide accurate information regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and visa processes.

  3. Follow up with leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.

  4. Schedule appointments and counseling sessions for student counselors.

  5. Maintain and update student information in the CRM/database.

  6. Answer customer queries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

  7. Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.

  8. Coordinate with counselors and admission teams to ensure smooth student processing.

  9. Conduct regular follow-up calls to convert inquiries into applications.

  10. Achieve monthly call and lead conversion targets.

  11. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.

  12. Prepare daily call reports and update management on lead status.

  13. Assist in promotional campaigns, seminars, and student recruitment activities when required.
