Job Context

Study Window International is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and professional Student Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international student recruitment, counseling, and admissions processing for destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Europe, and other study-abroad destinations.

The candidate must possess excellent communication, sales, and counseling skills to guide students through the entire study abroad journey from career counseling and university selection to visa application and pre-departure support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling and guidance to prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.

• Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable universities and programs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.

• Assist students with university applications, document preparation, and admission procedures.

• Guide students throughout the visa application process and ensure compliance with immigration requirements.

• Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face consultations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, partner institutions, and stakeholders.

• Conduct seminars, educational fairs, and promotional events to generate leads.

• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database systems regularly.

• Collaborate with the admissions and visa processing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the international education sector.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Student Counselor in an education consultancy firm.

• Strong knowledge of study destinations including Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, USA, and Europe.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

• Strong counseling, sales, and relationship management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online application portals.
