Supervise interns, postgraduate trainees, and medical students during academic and clinical training.
Participate in curriculum development, examinations, assessment, academic planning, and quality assurance activities.
Conduct and publish research in recognized national and international peer-reviewed journals.
Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME), workshops, seminars, conferences, and faculty development programmes.
Maintain professional ethics, evidence-based medical practice, and institutional standards.
Contribute to departmental administration, accreditation, and academic development initiatives.
