Experience Requirements Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria for the respective position as prescribed by the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC), the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, and the Affiliated University.
Teaching and clinical experience in a recognized medical college or teaching hospital is required.
Research publications in peer-reviewed journals will be considered an added advantage.

Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures, tutorials, bedside teaching, clinical demonstrations, and practical sessions in the respective department.
Supervise medical students, interns, and postgraduate trainees during clinical rotations and academic activities.
Participate in curriculum development, examinations, assessments, and academic quality assurance programmes.
Provide high-quality patient care through outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and clinical services where applicable.
Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in recognized national and international peer-reviewed journals.
Participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME), seminars, workshops, conferences, and faculty development programmes.
Collaborate with senior faculty members in academic planning, departmental development, and research initiatives.
Maintain professional ethics, evidence-based clinical practice, and institutional standards.
Perform any other academic, clinical, research, and administrative responsibilities assigned by the College Authority.
