• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
• Diploma in Nursing

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing or relevant medical/clinical qualification.

• Valid professional registration where applicable.

• Additional training in OT Management, Aesthetic Medicine, or Infection Control will be an advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age At least 28 years

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in OT, aesthetic clinic, hospital, or surgical setup.

• Previous experience as an OT In-Charge or Senior OT Nurse will be preferred.

Job Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Aesthetic OT.

• Ensure OT readiness, cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards.

• Coordinate OT schedules with doctors, medical officers, nurses, and therapists.

• Ensure availability and proper handling of OT instruments, equipment, medicines, and consumables.

• Monitor pre-operative and post-operative preparation and patient care.

• Maintain OT registers, procedure records, stock records, and other required documentation.

• Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and biomedical waste management.

• Monitor OT inventory and coordinate timely requisitions with Procurement and Administration.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards.

• Supervise OT staff and ensure proper duty allocation and attendance.

• Report equipment issues, shortages, incidents, and operational concerns to management.

• Support doctors and clinical teams during aesthetic procedures and minor surgeries.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional patient handling at all times.
