- Age At least 25 years
MSc / BSc / Diploma in Medical Technology / a scientific discipline / related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Lab In-charge position in any reputed hospital / Diagnostic Centre.
Strong understanding of laboratory safety and regulatory requirements.
In-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and ensure routine diagnostic investigations with accuracy.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, quality control and regulatory standards across all lab activities.
Ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting of laboratory investigations.
Monitor inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables and equipment.
Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and operation of laboratory equipment.
Train, guide & monitoring performance of laboratory technicians / technologists and support staffs.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment, comply with safety policies and dispose of waste according to local & state regulations.
Oversee leaves and absent of lab staffs to ensure smooth lab operation.
Follow & maintain the SOP & documentations as per ISO 9001:2015.
Provides clinical guidance and regularly reports on clinical activities to the management.
Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
