Concord Diagnostics & Molecular Lab BD Ltd. is looking for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Sr. Medical Officer/Jr. Consultant to provide comprehensive medical consultation, primary healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. The position requires strong clinical knowledge, patient management skills, and a professional approach to delivering quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical consultation, clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

• Manage common acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Evaluate patients’ medical history, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic reports.

• Recommend and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic investigations.

• Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and lifestyle counseling.

• Monitor patients’ progress and provide appropriate follow-up care.

• Identify cases requiring specialist consultation and make appropriate referrals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

• Explain investigation results, treatment plans, and healthcare recommendations to patients.

• Coordinate with consultants, laboratory professionals, nursing staff, and other healthcare teams.

• Ensure compliance with professional ethics, patient safety, and organizational clinical standards.

• Support the Medical/Clinical team in maintaining quality healthcare services.
