Experience:

• Diploma / BSc. in Medical Technology (Laboratory)

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

• Age 25 to 37 years

• Strong understanding of laboratory safety and regulatory requirements.

• In-depth knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.

· Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Immunology etc.).  

· Operate and maintain automated analyzers and laboratory equipment.  

· Ensure sample collection, processing, and storage following proper protocols.  

· Verify test results and ensure accuracy before reporting.  

· Maintain quality control (QC) & quality assurance (QA) standards.  

· Follow laboratory safety, hygiene and infection control policies.  

· Assist physicians and nursing staff with required diagnostic support.  

· Maintain proper documentation, logs, and equipment calibration records.  

· Identify abnormal results and report critical values promptly.  

· Support the Lab Manager in overall lab operations as needed.
