Experience:
MBBS with BMDC Registration.
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/institution.
Valid BMDC Registration is mandatory.

Proficiency in HIS and EMR is preferred.

Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in the heart of Dhaka, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and capable medical professional to join our team as Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The selected candidate will be responsible for providing continuous medical care to patients, monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with consultants and healthcare teams, and ensuring effective management of emergency and critical care services.
Job Description:
• Provide day-to-day medical care and clinical management of admitted patients.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical conditions, and treatment progress.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and maintain proper clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and other healthcare professionals regarding patient management.
• Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate necessary treatment.
• Monitor and manage patients in the ICU and Emergency Department as required.
• Review investigation reports and take appropriate clinical decisions under the guidance of consultants.
• Ensure timely implementation of doctors' orders and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records in HIS/EMR.
• Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and clinical condition.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and critical patient conditions.
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
• Prepare necessary clinical reports and documentation as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or consultants.
