Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented Executive - Sales Officer for our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our products or services, acquiring new customers, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify, approach, and convert potential clients/partners.

• Market Research: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs and preferences.

• Pitching & Presentation: Effectively present product/service benefits to clients and conduct demonstrations or pitches.

• Order Processing & Follow-up: Handle client orders, coordinate the delivery process, and ensure timely payment collection.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any reputed university.

• Candidates with a background in Business Studies (Marketing / Management) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant field (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

• Prior experience in Corporate Sales, FMCG, or Retail business is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel as required.
