Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) from a recognized institute or university.

• Only Female

• Job Commitment: Minimum 3 Years continuous service commitment is required.

• Minimum 5 Years of practical experience in working with children with Special Needs / Autism.

• Must have proven experience and strong capacity to handle children exhibiting self-harming / self-injurious behaviors (SIBs) and severe sensory overload with extreme care, calm attitude, and patience.

• Assess children's fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic intervention plans (ITP).

• Manage self-harming tendencies and sensory meltdowns using safe, non-violent sensory de-escalation techniques.

• Help children improve emotional regulation, focus, and body coordination.

• Maintain daily progress tracking charts and regularly consult with parents and the clinical team
