Asian Network is looking for dedicated, organized, and communicative Customer Service Executives to join our team in Tongi, Gazipur. If you are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries via telephone, mobile, and WhatsApp.
Create, monitor, and assign support tickets to the relevant departments for timely issue resolution.
Perform accurate bill entry and maintain customer billing records.
Conduct billing-related calls and assist customers with payment and account-related queries.
Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests.
Coordinate with technical and administrative teams when necessary.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office ).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Customer service experience will be considered an advantage.
Location Requirement
