Responsibilities & Context: Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company`s marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company`s products and services, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sales and marketing growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to achieve business objectives. Identify and approach potential customers, clients, dealers, and business partners. Promote the company`s products/services through direct marketing, digital platforms, phone calls, and field visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers. Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers. Coordinate with the sales, design, production, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and service requirements. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing and sales activity reports for management. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities. Monitor competitors` activities and provide relevant market feedback to management. Achieve assigned marketing, lead-generation, and sales targets within the given timeframe. Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the management. Required Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer handling and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships. Basic knowledge of marketing, sales, and business development. Good presentation, reporting, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proactive, target-oriented, and positive attitude. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing/social media is an advantage.
