Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Factory, Chandra Kaliakoir, Gazipur. Responsibilities: Leading the IE team for the 120 lines of production with a capacity of 2,75,000 Pcs/day. Develop and implement IE Strategy & enhance leadership Develop and implement productivity & Improve Efficiency Ensure accurate time study, method study, motion study, and SMV/SAM calculation for all products and operations. Lead effective production line layout and balancing based on product requirements and operation sequence. Work for Manpower Planning & Optimization Drive manufacturing cost-reduction initiatives through productivity improvement, labour optimization, method improvement, and waste reduction. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the factory. Review line-wise and factory-wise productivity and efficiency performance. Participate in pre-production meetings and analyse style feasibility. Review operation breakdown, SMV, machine requirements, manpower requirements, and production targets. Coordinate with Merchandising, Product Development, Production Planning, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth style implementation. Identify suitable opportunities for automation, mechanization, digital IE systems, and smart manufacturing. Support implementation of digital production and IE monitoring systems. Promote data-driven decision-making using real-time production information where available. Coach, mentor, and develop IE Managers and other team members. Identify training requirements and organize technical development programs. Experience: 15-20 Years Age: 40-45 Years Gender: Male Only
