Responsibilities & Context: Employment Type: Full-Time Workplace: Work at Office Job Location Gazipur Other company locations as per business requirements Experience Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in ISP Operations, Network Engineering, or Network Support. Hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise or ISP network infrastructure. Professional certifications (CCNA, MTCNA, MTCRE, HCIA/HCIP, JNCIA, etc.) will be considered an added advantage. Technical Skills Candidates should have practical experience with most of the following technologies: MikroTik Cisco Juniper Huawei GPON (OLT/ONU) Routing & Switching TCP/IP BGP OSPF VLAN VPN NAT/DNAT Firewall & Network Security LAN/WAN Infrastructure Linux (Basic Administration) Key Responsibilities Configure, manage, and troubleshoot ISP backbone and access networks. Deploy and maintain routers, switches, OLTs, ONUs, wireless devices, and other network equipment. Configure and optimize routing protocols including Static Routing, OSPF, and BGP. Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime and service availability. Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents within SLA. Implement network security policies and best practices. Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational reports. Coordinate with the NOC, Support, and Operations teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Participate in planned maintenance, upgrades, and emergency support when required.
