Responsibilities & Context: Department: Accounts Location: Tongi, Gazipur Salary: Based on your qualification, Experience and Proficiency Job Summary: Asian Network is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive Accounts to manage our daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost control to maintain the company’s financial health. Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses and purchases in the accounting system. Prepare and maintain general ledgers, trial balances, and financial statements. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis (budget vs actual). Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures to improve financial efficiency Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable. Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments (accounts receivable). Manage petty cash and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability. Process online payments, checks, and bank transfers. Process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits. Maintain accurate tax records and assist in tax return filings. Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability performance. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills & Professional Qualifications Professional accounting qualification such as CA (CC), ACCA (Part-qualified), or CMA will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in payroll processing and cash flow management. Prior experience in the ISP, telecommunications, or technology sector will be an added advantage. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary package. Mobile bill allowance.
