Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Mouchak, Gazipur/ Kalurghat, Chattogram Responsibilities: Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, water, packaging materials, environmental samples, and finished products. Monitor hygiene and sanitation effectiveness through environmental and personnel swab testing. Conduct media preparation, culture maintenance, and laboratory testing as per approved procedures. Analyze test results, prepare reports, and promptly communicate any non-conformities. Support investigations of microbiological deviations, customer complaints, and product quality issues. Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and validated. Maintain laboratory records in compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 requirements. Participate in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to microbiological issues. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Experience : Minimum 2 years Age : Age must be within 35 Gender : Only Male candidates can apply.
