Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: DK Global Fashion Wear Ltd., Kashimpur, Gazipur Responsibilities: Ensure overall fire and life safety compliance of the factory. Conduct regular inspection of fire protection systems, equipment and emergency exits. Monitor fire alarm, fire pump, hydrant, sprinkler and other fire safety systems. Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation drills and fire safety training for workers and employees. Ensure emergency exits, stairways, escape routes and fire doors remain accessible and unobstructed. Identify fire and safety hazards and take necessary corrective actions. Maintain fire safety inspection records, checklists, training records and related documents. Support RSC, buyer and third-party fire safety inspections and follow up on CAP findings. Coordinate with the Maintenance, Utility, HR & Admin teams regarding fire and safety-related issues. Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence, RSC and buyer requirements. Prepare and update fire safety plans, emergency response procedures and related documents. Perform any other fire and safety-related duties assigned by management. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety, preferably in RMG/Textile/Manufacturing Industry. Experience in handling RSC, buyer audits, fire drills, fire safety systems and CAP follow-up will be an added advantage. Age: 25-35 years Gender: Male/Female Additional Preferred Qualifications: Fire Service & Civil Defence training/certification. Good knowledge of fire alarm, hydrant, sprinkler, fire pump and emergency evacuation systems. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to prepare fire safety reports, checklists and corrective action plans.
